User Generated Content Terms and Conditions
By submitting, posting, tagging, or sharing content with Bikini Beans Coffee, including on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), or via email, you agree to the following User Generated Content (UGC) Terms and Conditions.
1. License to Use Content
By sharing your content with us, you grant Bikini Beans Coffee and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, edit, publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise utilize your content in any media or format, now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose including but not limited to marketing, advertising, social media, website content, promotional materials, and printed media.
2. Ownership and Rights
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that you have permission from any identifiable persons appearing in the content. You agree that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity.
3. No Compensation
You understand and agree that you will not receive compensation, payment, or credit for Bikini Beans Coffee’s use of your content, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
4. Content Standards
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any content at our sole discretion. Submitted content must not contain any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate material.
5. Identification and Attribution
We may use your name, username, social media handle, likeness, and any captions or comments in connection with the content. You grant us permission to identify you as the author or originator of the content, though we are not obligated to do so.
6. Third-Party Platforms
If you interact with our brand via third-party platforms (such as Instagram or TikTok), you are also subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms, and you release them from any liability associated with the use of your content by Bikini Beans Coffee.
7. Revocation of Consent
If you wish to revoke permission for the use of your content, you must contact us in writing at media@bikinibeanscoffee.com with sufficient details to identify the content in question. While we will make reasonable efforts to remove the content, we are not obligated to recall or retract any previously published material.
8. Minors
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old. If the content includes minors, you confirm that you are the legal guardian or have obtained the appropriate parental/legal consent to share such content.
9. Governing Law
These UGC Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Maricopa County.
